Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 18, 2026
At Sassy Little Sweets, every order is prepared with care and made specifically for each customer. Due to the custom nature of our products, the following refund policy applies.
Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your order date. Orders are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Final Payments
The remaining balance is due five (5) days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date.
Failure to submit final payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the order. Any deposit paid will remain non-refundable.
Order Cancellations
Orders canceled more than 14 days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date may receive a refund of any payments made beyond the non-refundable deposit.
Orders canceled within 14 days of the scheduled pickup or delivery date are not eligible for a refund.
Order Changes
We will do our best to accommodate changes to your order. However, changes to design, flavor, quantity, pickup date, or other details are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional charges.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will not be issued for:

Minor design variations

Color variations

Customer change of mind

Failure to pick up an order

Damage occurring after pickup or delivery

Products that have been consumed, partially consumed, or altered
Quality Concerns
If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup or delivery.
We may request photographs and additional information to evaluate the concern. Any resolution, including a partial refund, store credit, replacement product, or other remedy, will be determined at our sole discretion.
No-Show Orders
Orders not picked up at the agreed-upon time and date without prior communication may be considered abandoned and are not eligible for a refund.
